Maharaja is one of Birmingham's oldest Indian restaurant, established in 1971. The name Maharaja means 'King of Kings' and is reflected by the restaurant's passion to serve authentic North Indian cuisine that reflects the distinctive cooking styles and dining rituals of India's ancient nobility. However, Maharaja is an Indian restaurant with a difference, retaining the traditional flavours that are so deeply revered, accentuating them with the highest quality ingredients.
