Excellent food and service. I had the rib-eye steak and thyme jus which were brilliant.

We have been many times to the Glasshouse restaurant on a Sunday but this time was not as good as usual. The roast beef was thick slices and full of nerves and not very tender. vegetables were also uninspiring and everything was just piled on the plate. It used to come with much better presentation. The service was also not as professional and friendly as usual. Maybe they have changed owners or the chef has changed. Very expensive for a very average meal.

I visited the restaurant with my daughter yesterday as part of a Spa Day. The whole day was a joy from beginning to end. The restaurant menu offered a very good selection including vegetarian options. The mushroom soup was delicious and the nut roast the best I've tasted with a good selection of vegetables. We ended the meal with lemon meringue tart which lived up to expectations. I would certainly recommend this restaurant.

Poor quality food and not much to choose from. The potatoes were horrible and dry. Asked for some bread and we were charged almost £4 for 4 little pieces of bread. The spa and facilities were lovely, it was just a shame about the food. So 1 star for the restaurant but the spa was at least a 4 star.

We had a really enjoyable lunch with family and friends. The food and service were very good, as was the ambience. The Glasshous is in a lovely setting and pre-lunch drinks on the terrace on a sunny day were an added bonus.
