Ockenden Manor is a charming and tranquil Elizabethan Manor House tucked away in Cuckfield, one of the prettiest Tudor villages in England. The hotel is set in nine acres of peaceful gardens and parkland with views across the West Sussex countryside to the South Downs and some of the great gardens and stately homes of Sussex and Kent are within easy reach. The Michelin-starred Restaurant at Ockenden Manor offers a superb fine dining experience in the beautiful new dining room overlooking the gardens with stunning views of the South Downs National Park. Under the expert guidance of Head Chef, Stephen Crane, the Restaurant serves some of the finest food in southern England incorporating the freshest ingredients, sourced locally in Sussex whenever possible. Guests have a choice of fixed price menus including Stephen's selected Cuckfield Menu or the gastronomic seven course Tasting Menu. An inspired Wine List complements the cuisine at lunch or dinner.
Private dining is offered in the Oak Panelled Burrell Suite with its painted ceiling and stained
glass windows for up to 40 guests, or for a greater number up to 96 the restaurant is available, with its sweeping views across the gardens towards the South Downs National Park.
