This evening as been the worst we have ever experienced drinks we’re slow steaks were nice sides come half way though the meal and ti put the topper on you couldn’t take your coats off it was freezing like eating outside

NO HELP FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS Absolutely terrible went with family thought I’d bring my mother somewhere nice with the family Bering in mind my sister in wheel chair and daughter is autistic and mother just got over cancer we landed at 2:15 they seated us 3 times and try to say we never had a booking if you have disability and need access this is not the place I’ve never felt so embarrassed in all my life they kept giving out wrong orders and my day is now completely ruined because of it staff was a little bit understanding but the female manager with black hair who wouldn’t give her name did not care I can post videos if need DO NOT USE !!!!

Booked a table on boxing day. Boxing day menu was not available. When food arrived, it was cold and undercooked. Staff appeared indifferent. Did not check on the customers

Been to day and could not fault a thing service was good food was really tasty and at a reasonable price (excellent)
