Brasserie Blanc (Bristol)
Brasserie Blanc is the home of simple, hearty French cuisine. The menu is inspired by the flavours of acclaimed Chef Raymond Blanc's childhood and is guided by the seasons. The aim is simple: to make you feel good by offering lovingly prepared food, a warm welcome and a friendly team who are there to make sure your visit to a Brasserie Blanc is a pleasure.
Housed in a Georgian Meeting house, the two medieval halls will stagger you. Too big for just a Brasserie, the halls have been turned into banqueting halls. They were built in the 13th and 14th centuries as a monastery. The Brasserie is in the old Quaker meeting hall, lovingly restored. The room is a marvel; simply built but of outstanding beauty.
