They take British meats and cook them the true American way which means their BBQ pit-masters work around the clock to ensure the barbecue they serve when their doors open is the best you can find - it takes nearly 48 hours of loving care and attention to perfect each of their smoked meat cuts. The main smoke-house is a casual 'walk-in' with counter service, so just turn up and they will get you a table as quickly as they can. If you are a large group of 8-25 guests, they have two secret 'speak-easy' rooms that are great fun for parties. These rooms can be booked for 2 hours at a time for groups, subject to availability. Bluegrass' recipes have won awards at the Jack Daniels Invitational BBQ contest in Tennessee. That is a big deal. Bluegrass are dedicated to creating and serving the very best BBQ, smoked low 'n' slow on site daily in their imported hardwood burning smokers. So now you don't need to fly 4,925 miles to eat the real deal! Breakfast is also served from 8:00 to 11:45, 7 days a week.
