A lovely meal with my Mum. There were some dishes not available, presumably because of a busy bank holiday lunchtime. But there was still plenty to choose from. The food was the high quality I have come to expect from Bill's and the service was excellent. Great ambience and attention to detail.

I meet up with a friend, at Bill's, for an early supper on a regular basis. sometimes we have the special menu and sometimes we choose something from the main menu. It is always excellent. Last night, I had the fish pie, which was piping hot, lots of juicy fish and prawns in a creamy sauce, topped with cheesy mash potato. The whole thing was absolutely delicious. My friend had the aubergine and chickpea dahl, which she enjoyed very much. The puddings - chocolate fondant with ice cream and black cherry sauce and an apple and rhubarb crumble were equally good.

Great food, great service

Our waitress was very friendly and attentive, ensuring our order was placed ahead of a large group. We all had dinner with dessert and no one in our group of 5 was disappointed - delicious! We'll be back!
