the atmosphere was was really lovely food was also really tasty. one of the grills had broken 45 minutes before we arrived but staff were super accommodating and kept us informed. we had to wait a while for the food but it was worth it and they all worked really well under the pressure. definitely would like to go back and try some of the items on the menu

Brilliant experience with special care taken by the staff to care for the two coeliacs in our party - we all really enjoyed our food and drinks. Atmosphere lovely and staff friendly and helpful

The pub itself is gorgeous. The staff were very friendly, one of the people in our party have a severe peanut allergy and this was taken very seriously which is appreciated. The food was nice however it was lukewarm and we waited for 50 mins from ordering for any update as to when we would get our food which did shortly follow. Items were missing off the plate and this was quickly resolved. We got a sticky toffee pudding for dessert and it was also lukewarm and we had asked for it to be as hot as possible. Bottom floor is dog friendly.
