Tropeiro (Chester)

Tropeiro is an authentic Brazilian dining restaurant - The tropeiros were native Brazilian cowboys, living a semi-nomadic life in the South of Brazil. Due to the nature of their lives and work, the diet of these men comprised mainly of barbecued meat. Today, the barbecue style of meat is called 'churrasco'. Tropeiro cook the mouth-watering meats on an open fire that is carved table-side, with each of the different cuts of meat offering a unique and succulent dining experience with sealed in juices and flavours. The dining experience at Tropeiro is based on the "rodizio" concept, which means a continuous table-side service of at least twelve different mouth-watering cuts of roasted beef, pork, lamb and chicken.
