On The Hill Restaurant is a little bistro style restaurant dedicated to serving tasty food, and providing good service. The restaurant is housed in a 16th century building, with beautiful dark wood beams, oak floors and intimate lighting throughout the two floors of the restaurant, it definitely has the air of a bistro, with interesting artwork and padded pew seating. On The Hill Restaurant tries to use as much locally sourced and seasonal food as possible, with a focus on the quality of meat, fish and vegetables used in the food that is all cooked on the premises to order. The extensive selection of wine complements the menu nicely and caters to everyone's taste and pocket. In the evenings, it is time for adults to relax and enjoy their night out, so with that in mind only children aged 7 and above are permitted.
