Saffron is nestled in the heart of the restaurant quarter of Truro and offers a quality eating experience. Almost all ingredients are locally sourced, and this dictates the highly seasonal regularly changing menu. The restaurant seats 45 guests, and the atmosphere is warm and tranquil. Cosy booths provide an element of privacy for those wanting a more intimate experience, and the rear section of the restaurant is ideal for private parties of up to 20 guests. The wood-burning stove provides a cosy environment in the colder months, whilst the stylish bar area is great for a pre-dinner cocktail. The ambience is perfect for a special leisurely meal where you are in for the evening, or a swift meal prior to a trip to the theatre, cinema or cathedral.
