Our exquisite Restaurant with magnificent views focuses on the finest Cornish produce available, working with growers and producers directly. With fresh local fish and shell fish bought daily from St Ives day boats, we can guarantee fresh ingredients. We pay particular attention to quality in order to ensure that dining with us is a gourmet experience. Choose from our extensive international wine cellar to compliment your meal, we have a wine to suit every palate. Our chef welcomes vegetarians and caters for all special dietary requirements. Our dress code is smart (no jeans, t-shirts, shorts or trainers please). The elegant bar area serves an extensive range of cocktails, fine cognacs and champagnes. The bar menu is available daily between 12 and 3.30 p.m. serving a wide selection - from warm ciabattas or pasta through to crab cakes or classic fish and chips. Sample our home-made Victoria sponge with strawberries and cream or, alternatively, choose our traditional Cornish cream tea while you sit and gaze at the sparkling, blue waves of the Atlantic Ocean.
