This two rosette award winning restaurant is the rightful home to fabulously good food. Cooking really excellent food is at the heart of the Soar Mill Cove Hotel story. The restaurant, with its naturally nautical interior and superb views of Soar Mill Cove's clear blue sea, is the perfect place to while away an afternoon with a cream tea with family or friends, or indulge in a three course supper from the seasonal market style menu. All the food is locally sourced with its regional provenance and quality being the key to making it onto the plate. The ever changing menu is not only updated according to the season, but to whatever fantastic finds are to be had at the market on any particular day. From hand-picked Salcombe crab and Start Bay scallops to Gressingham duckling and the home-grown garden herbs. All ingredients are picked with care and the due respect such beautiful local produce deserves.
