The Arrogant BBQ was born out of confidence, fire, and a love for slow smoked meat that speaks for itself.
We started with two mates — Dom and Jim who were cocky enough to know their BBQ was the best around. We don’t mess around with fancy gimmicks. Everything we do is about proper BBQ - slow cooked, smoky, and dripping with flavour. Every rack of ribs, every brisket, every burnt end is cooked with care, patience, and a bit of swagger.
Our ingredients are local, our sauces are secret, and our portions are unapologetically big. We cater for everyone, meat lovers, vegans and gluten-free because good food should never leave anyone out.
