About Adela‘s Carinderia
My name is Adela, and my (late) husband Robert and I have been serving Filipino food in Shepherd’s Bush since 2018. We are from the culinary capital of the Philippines - Pampanga. Robert was a professional chef who shared his knowledge with me. We had always dreamed of opening our own eatery here in London and have proudly been serving Filipino dishes you would typically find in carinderias in the Philippines.

Serving breakfast dishes every day, including Longsilog, Tapsilog, Sisig-silog, Chicken Tocilog, Bangsilog, Pansit Guisado, Chicken Arozcaldo, Pansit Palabok, Fresh Lumpia & Beef Lomi.

We now have our dishes on our a la carte menu, moving away from the ‘turo-turo’ style so you know exactly what to expect every time you come! From pork BBQ skewers, to dinuguan, there’s a range of classic filipino dishes now available all the time!
Filipino kakanin desserts available
Craving some kutsinta or sapin-sapin? We have you covered! We have kakanins (a range of sweet and sticky rice cakes) available. Feel free to ask on Facebook ahead of your visit for availability.
Eat-All-You-Can Buffet on Weekends!
