Tramshed
Mark Hix’s chicken-and-steak restaurant within a former East End tram-generator building features an installation by Damien Hirst and a menu designed around chicken and steak to share, alongside seasonal starters and puddings.
Above Tramshed sits Mark’s Kitchen Library, an intimate chefs table for 12 guests, surrounded by Mark’s personal cookbook collection.
Nestled underneath the cow is Mark’s CNB Gallery, dedicated to showing the work of both established and up-and-coming artists with 12 exhibitions a year headed up by Gallery Director, Rebecca Lidert.
