I had a fantastic meal at The Ginger Pig. The pork belly was the highlight — crispy skin, perfectly cooked layers of meat, and a light apple sauce that balanced everything really well. I also loved the use of barley in the dish, which made it even more satisfying. The staff and bar manager were friendly and attentive throughout the night, and the ambience was great — relaxed, warm, and welcoming. Overall, amazing food and lovely service. I’ll definitely be back!

We were in Brighton for a concert and to visit family. The accommodation at the Ginger Pig in Hove was ideal for us. Lovely quirky room, great service, really nice breakfast and Hove seafront for a stroll in the autumn sunshine - a refreshing weekend break!
