'Hidden Gem' is a word so often thrown around with reckless abandon... So at favouritetable, we asked ourselves: Are there really any true hidden gems out there? Restaurants that really go out of their way to try and offer something that is authentic and consistently to a high level? Restaurants that remain true to the very essence of what the 'eating out experience' is all about. Restaurants that offer that true hospitality experience... not necesarily by spending a fortune on design elements or very expensive interiors and furnishing... but rather, by providing a full experience, from the moment you walk through the doors to the moment when you leave the premises.
