After visiting your Nottingham restaurant we were really looking forward to sampling the food you had on offer again however we will not be returning to your Birmingham restaurant at any time as it was a far cry from what we had experienced in Nottingham, firstly the manager was moody and not customer focused at all she was to busy with her personal phone whilst taking out order and when asked if we could substitute certain things on the burger her blunt response was no and that from our perspective set the tone for the visit completely she’s rude and in the wrong role and jib as far we are concerned

First visit to Fat Hippo (birmingham) The friendliness and service of all the staff made our visit extremely pleasant. I have several dietary requirements and they could not have been more helpful kind and understanding. (I don't get this service at other eateries, they tend to treat me like in a nuisance and inconv so I tend not to go out very often. (2 years since my last evening out) Thank you all you all made my night out very special ❤️

Great food great atmosphere

Had the new Halloween monster burger and fries, really filling and tasted so good. Great service as usual and friendly staff.

girl serving very chatty and welcoming, but of a wait on food but we came in just after meal deal time. lighting too bright on high table and bit of a squeeze. food very tasty.
