We were celebrating our granddaughter's fifth birthday. Two of our chicken kebab meals were raw. These were replaced. The manager enquired re the new meals and l explained that my replacement chicken was tough. He offered to replace this meal. I explained that we had seven children under eight years old at the table and the delay was distressing for them and that they wanted their desserts and birthday cake. I said l would "eat round" the kebab. As we left the restaurant, l told the manager that l was expecting at least one one of the meals to be taken off the bill. He did not respond. I explained that our family have used this restaurant for over thirty years and had never previously had a bad meal. He did not speak, but grinned inanely. I asked if he was going to make a gesture of goodwill. He did not respond. I left the restaurant, distressed and upset. I would like a response from the restaurant.
