The Auberge

The Auberge is a fine dining restaurant nestled in the stunning cliffs of Guernsey with outstanding sea views. From its cliff top perch you can gaze out across to neighbouring Channel Islands, whilst seated in comfortable contemporary surroundings, or from the perfectly situated terrace and garden. The focus at The Auberge is on top quality, seasonal and locally sourced produce, creating innovative modern cuisine. Whether it is a business lunch or a romantic candlelit dinner for 2, relaxed informality combined with an excellent and discreet service makes it the perfect choice. Head Chef, Daniel Green has been with the The Auberge since 2004, during which time the restaurant has been awarded 2 AA Rosettes. Daniel has also won many awards, appearing on TV representing Guernsey in 'Britain's Best Dish', he has also recently won The Channel Islands Chef of the Year Award 2013.
