The Bella Bistro Restaurant
The Bella Bistro Restaurant has two rosettes from the AA Restaurant Guide and four gold awards from Visit Britain/Guernsey for excellent service and food. Head Chef Sebastian Orzechowski has spent the majority of his career in London working alongside Michelin Star Chef Gary Hollihead at the famous Inn on the Green. Sebastian was also involved with the opening of the Northall and the Massimo Restaurant at the Five Star Deluxe Corinthia Hotel in London. The cuisine at The Garden Room is modern European with the emphasis on local produce, with scallops, sea bass, crab and lobster all freshly supplied by local fishermen. Some of the herbs and vegetables are grown in-house and are carefully picked daily from the greenhouse and herb garden.
