Great food but felt rushed

Loved the food and drinks. The atmosphere and surroundings were great too. But it felt rushed. I was there to eat, drink and catch up with a friend, but although we still had drink and food in front of us, we were asked multiple times if we were finished, on some occasions despite me holding a piece of pizza. Same happened with my drink, I still had wine left but was asked if they could take my glass. It felt like they wanted the table back and were rushing us to finish. We ended up paying the bill and going across the road for coffee.
