Stac Polly (St Mary's Street Bistro)
A small and welcoming restaurant located just off Edinburgh's Royal Mile, offering a homely and relaxed feel with wooden tables, tweed lampshades, prints and pictures on the walls, including a beautiful illustration of the south elevation of the full length of the Royal Mile.
The bistro has a full wine list, Scottish beers from the Orkney Brewery and a selection of malt whiskies.
