Fazenda features continuous tableside service of fifteen* different prime cuts of meat, including beef, chicken, pork and lamb (*seven cuts at lunch time). This unique concept also offers a sumptuous buffet of gourmet salads and fresh cut vegetables, and a variety of traditional side dishes to complement the meats. Guests control their services with a small green and red-side chip. The green side signals the gaúcho chefs to bring out skewers of sizzling meats to the table, while the red side indicates a stopping point. To resume service, simply display the green side again.
