The first ever T.G.I. Fridays opened in New York in 1965. Located on the corner of 63rd street and First Avenue, it quickly became the meeting place for local lovers of wild nights and fun times. Very Disappointed Customer Jun 2024 Was on holidays and went to Liverpool for the day and Liverpool One Shopping Center, Went to TUF and (Absolutely dreadful customer service from the customer service team when I complained about the over charge ), asked for the half rack meal deal and was told by the waitress NO PROBLEM, who was very nice and was very attentive, we paid for the meal £113, then we left I didn't take any notice of the bill until I got back to the hotel and then realised I had been over charged, I got in touch with customer service team via Email and it's very obvious that they are NOT a customer service team with the reply's I received, the final answer was I reference to their Terms and Conditions about the offer I should have read before purchasing, yet the waitress never explained anything about the offer or the terms and conditions, the emails I received were nothing more than pure arrogance and by different staff and each email was extremely disappointing and certainly not customer service I will never eat in TJF again as they don't give a dam about customers when there is a complaint, I have never had any issues with Nando's and that's where I will be spending my hard earned money not in a place that expects customers to read terms and conditions before they order as the staff don't explain about offers....
