They do not buy focaccia bread, they make it by hand every day. It is the Italian way - it is how they have worked since 1999. Carluccio's is located on the corner of the High Street and Barrow Hill Road, close to Lords Cricket Ground and 5 minutes from St John's Wood tube station. The building dates back to 1891 and has retained its original brick work, render and cornice detail.
