From the moment we were greeted to the time we left the service from the staff was impeccable. The mouthwatering delicious food was served well spaced out between courses so we didn’t feel rushed or left too long. The only downside was the 12.5% service charge which I feel is quite steep but this can be removed for you to add your own amount. Overall an absolutely stunning place and so lucky to live so close to it.

Visits include the Terrace Bar, dinner as a couple, dinner as a double date, dinner with 6 coworkers, and as a couple for New Year's Eve - every visit has been brilliant. The venue is incredible - beautiful, elegant, and somewhere you can wear a dress and heels. The service has always been outstanding and the food is absolutely amazing - the best food I've had in Nottingham. The atmosphere is lovely and the menus are great value for money - definitely worth the price. New Year's Eve was a seven course taster menu which was fantastic - we made changes to the set menu in accordance with our preferences and they accommodated this perfectly and without any fuss. The courses were really well-timed through the evening and the fireworks were brilliant. More than worth the cost. I'm so surprised to see some negative reviews - especially in relation to complaints about the service charge. The servers are friendly and attentive and absolutely deserve the service charge - I love that it's added on to the bill so that I don't have to carry cash in order to tip. Also surprised at criticisms of portion size/value for money. Nobody I've ever been with has finished their main without feeling satisfied, and the premium food is worth the price. If you want the biggest portions for the lowest price you won't enjoy this venue, but if you like quality food, lovely surroundings, and attentive staff, you'll love it.

Visited Lakeside many times and always love it! 100% is one of my favourite restaurants in the area and would usually receive 5 stars… however the 3 stars is for their New Years Eve event. £120 is a lot of money and for that amount of money I expected more… the food was adequate but there was no room for changes or choice, which really sucked for a pregnant woman as it means I got less than what I paid for! The evening entertainment was also really poor. It clearly stated that carriages were at 2am, however the DJ packed up at 12:30? And he only started at 11:15?! the only thing that was decent was the fireworks… definitely need to up their game next year for NYE or lower the price because that was robbery. No way was it worth £120 per person, actually a bit disappointed that this is where I chose to spend my last New Year’s Eve before a have a child to entertain which is such a shame as like I said at the beginning, lakeside really is one of my favourite places to visit.

Beautiful place and excellent service. Our waiter Jay could not have been more helpful or pleasant. The food was well presented and tasty but could have come out faster to allow more time to dance and celebrate as this part of the evening was very rushed. Fireworks were amazing overall a really good night
