Lovely menu, small enough to be sure the chef knows what he is doing yet varied with something for everyone. Everything was perfectly executed and beautifully presented. Charming service, just a perfect dinner.

A crowded Good Friday in the restaurant and serious pressure on the kitchen, but not a beat missed. The food and the service was the usual level of friendliness and quality. I travel from London to have lunch in this lovely country pub/restaurant and am never disappointed. It's only a couple of miles from the famous Manoir au Q'at Saisons....but for both ambiance and price it beats the Manoir into a cocked hat !!
