The Brasenose Arms

Our 17th-century pub is steeped in history, we even have resident ghosts. Come and visit us to enjoy a decent pint, a glass of Prosecco, and either great quality bar food or something a bit more special from the 1777 restaurant menu. The Brasenose is the perfect place for lunch, dinner or a weekend away in the country.

​We have a large garden perfect for kids to run around in, and dogs are welcome in the bar and the garden.

Just 4 miles from Banbury (and Banbury train station) you can enjoy walks along the canal, visit the historic site of the Battle of Cropredy Bridge and enjoy the Oxfordshire countryside.
