Alquimia Restaurant & Tapas Bar is the home of three classically trained and vastly experienced chefs, whose expertise is noticeable on the superb elaborated food they serve. Adolfo Garri, José Segura and Sergio Ferrari opened Alquimia as a result of a shared dream. After working together in several restaurant kitchens in London, Madrid, San Sebastian, Barcelona, Alicante and Cadiz, their classical training shows a passion for exceptional Spanish produce and high quality cooking enjoyable in every single plate they serve. Alquimia is Spanish for Alchemy. In the art of cooking, the key relays on the right combination of elements at the right temperature. Its fusion, matching and blending are what makes the difference, and hence, the magic. There is alchemy in mixing the precise ingredients to be transformed into their best ulterior form, texture and taste. Essentially, this is what is called technique. Just by adding several portions of passion and expertise and you get real alchemists of food. In other words: exceptional Chefs. At Alquimia, the dishes are flavourful, fresh and superbly elaborated. There is an extensive menu with cold and hot tapas using the best ingredients from carefully selected producers from Spain and UK local farmers.
