Mute Swan

The Mute Swan can be found right opposite the gates of Hampton Court Palace, in a wonderfully characterful building which itself dates back hundreds of years.You will find a curved bar right at the heart of the pub, with a decent selection of cask ales, a back shelf crammed with malts and a collection of gins, with a wine list of some 50 absolute belters. Downstairs at the Mute Swan is more pubby/wine bar in style, and focussed on the bar, while upstairs has a more food-led restaurant ambience - but the menu is available throughout so people can choose which style suits them best. Outside, right opposite the gates to Hampton Court Palace, we have a good-sized terrace for al fresco drinking and dining, which will be a real draw on sunny days and a fine place for a spot of lunch with friends and family.
