The Botanical

The Botanical overlooks the Palm House pond and brings a sophisticated luxury to a relaxed morning-to-afternoon dining restaurant in Kew Gardens. The Botanical has been designed to deliver a truly memorable experience, paired with inimitable service and unique dishes in vibrant surroundings, which portrays and extends the magic of the world renowned Kew Gardens. Offering Brunch, Lunch and Afternoon Tea, the menus feature modern British dishes and exciting twists of classic favourites. All ingredients used are responsibly sourced from local producers and menus change frequently based on seasonal produce. Breakfast is served between 10:00 - 11:45, followed by lunch from 12:00 - 14:30 and afternoon tea from 14:30 - 16:30.b Please note that bookings in The Botanical Restaurant in Kew Gardens does not include the entrance fee to Kew Gardens which should be obtained prior to or on the day at the gates. Kew is London's largest UNESCO World Heritage site offering unique landscapes, vistas and iconic architecture from every stage of the Gardens' history. The collection of living plants is the largest and most diverse in the world, growing out in the landscape and within glasshouses and nurseries.

I have been here three times for lunch. Each time hoping it will be better. Each time the smallest portion has been delivered cold No one came near our table to see how the food was. When paying the ridiculous bill I have, each time told the server the food was cold. They merely shrug and say sorry.

My Mum and I had an afternoon tea gift voucher. After being seated on a table in the back, near a blacked out window and a coat rake, I asked if we could be moved to a better location. Luckily a table near a window with views of the gardens just became available. The food was serviced promptly and the waitress attentive. The afternoon tea was pleasant, nothing special and we were able to pop a couple of the scones in a container to take out with us.

We had two special anniversaries and decided to celebrate at Kew Gardens and have lunch here. We were very pleased with the excellent waiter and food. Thank you.

We never came to the Botanical because we cancelled and have been trying to rearrange.we have had no reply from e mails, we have we had numerous calls go unanswered,and truly disappointed with your service

Really enjoyed our afternoon tea. It was a vrgin experience gift for a special birthday. It was a lovely day experiencing Kew Gardens then having the treat of afternoon tea. Recommend that you book as it was very popular. Staff all friendly and efficient.
