We had dinner recently and were impressed with the quality of the food — everything we tried was excellent. The flavours were well-balanced and clearly prepared with care. That said, those with dietary needs, there were limited gluten-free options available, though only one choice for dessert, which felt restrictive. In terms of service, our experience was mixed. Seated at table 5, we felt a little overlooked. Service was noticeably slow, and while we appreciate that the restaurant was busy, the wait times detracted from what could have been a smoother evening. Overall, it was a night of excellent food paired with service that didn’t quite match the standard of the kitchen. With a few adjustments to menu variety and attentiveness to all tables, it has the potential to be an outstanding dining experience.

We had Sunday lunch here and it was absolutely delicious. We had Pork and Chicken and the meat was cooked perfectly, lots of vegetables and a huge Yorkshire pudding. For desert we had Baileys bread and butter pudding. Yum. The whole meal was perfect. The staff were lovely and friendly too. We will definitely visit again,
