Bealim House

Situated over two floors, Bealim House is Newcastle’s first authentic Gin distillery, bar and eatery. Home to The Newcastle Gin Company and the city’s only working in-house Gin still, this venue is unlike anything else in the area. Formerly a print works, the bar's interior design pays homage to the history of the building, honouring its industrial feel with wooden flooring, antique leather seating, vintage tiles and varnished brick walls. The main bar is located on the ground floor and food is served from the open plan kitchen on the first floor.The kitchen provides a menu that echoes the social feel and is created to share: small plates of gastro food tapas prepared using the local ingredients. The menu changes four times a year to reflect the seasons. Some areas of Bealim House are available for private party space hire.
