Avista

Located in the heart of Mayfair and featuring its own private entrance at 39 Grosvenor Square, Avista is a 75 seat restaurant, with a separate bar for up to 25, and a private dining room for 8, designed by David d'Almada, designer of several prominent restaurants in London. Avista also boasts its own bar and a long wooden Chef's table suitable for larger parties up to 12 guests. In the main part of the restaurant is a granite-topped work station where chefs prepare the final touches to their dishes. The menu is diverse combining a variety of both rustic and contemporary Italian dishes. The wine list also deserves a mention for its large selection of fine wines, predominantly from Italy. The restaurant has been awarded two rosettes from the prestigious AA Food Guide. Its Head Chef, Michele Granziera, won the award for his superb mix of rustic and refined regional Italian cooking.
