Belgo Central (Covent Garden)
Belgo number two, opened in April 1995, is a huge 12,000 square foot restaurant split into two separate eating halls; a 350 seat informal 'beerhall', and a more intimate restaurant. Situated in the heart of Covent Garden, the entrance links Shelton Street to Earlham Street by a bridge that crosses over the kitchens. A lift takes diners down one floor, into the traffic of food runners and rolling barrels, where chefs' shouts echo around. A busy, bustling restaurant that makes dining a fun, exciting experience.
