Bibigo Bar and Dining serves Hansik (Korean cuisine) in a contemporary style, balanced for the western palate by a dedicated team of chefs, including head chef Kim Yong Hwan (previously at Roka and Zuma) and Bibigo founder, Hee Young Noh, star of Masterchef Korea. Bibigo in Soho is a flagship fine dining restaurant. As well as being a 66 cover restaurant and cocktail bar, it also stocks a great range of Bibigo Korean food products including famous sauces, marinades and cooking ingredients. While Bibigo is a new concept for the UK, the Bibigo family also includes several casual restaurants in South Korea, Singapore, Japan, China, Vietnam and Los Angeles. Our sister casual restaurants focus on serving Bibimbap and Hot Stone Bibimbap, national dishes of Korea, which diners can customise to suit different tastes.
