Ibérica offers the very best in Spanish gastronomy, through the passion and expertise of Executive Head Chef Nacho Manzano, who has an impressive 3 Michelin stars to his name (2 from his celebrated restaurant Casa Marcial and a further star for La Salgar, in Asturias, Spain) through the ever-evolving and authentic menus. Manzano ensures only the highest quality ingredients imported from carefully selected Spanish producers are used. Ibérica's signature dishes, refined over three decades of experience, sit alongside contemporary tapas that offer a collection of tastes, temperatures and textures for an exceptional and exciting dining experience, created through a belief in offering the modern take on traditional Spanish dishes which complements a menu that continues to respect and revere the traditions of its homeland and artisan producers. Ibérica Marylebone offers seasonal gastronomic tapas and a selection of artisan produce and wines, some of which are unique to the British market, available from the Ibérica Delicatessen. With its floor to ceiling windows, Ibérica Marylebone is flooded with natural light throughout the day. The main ground floor features a 15-metre statement bar where guests can enjoy tapas and over 100 wines, half of them exclusive to Ibérica and imported directly from boutique wineries as well as signature cocktails especially design to complement the food.
