Kouzu

Founded by chef Kyoichi Kai, of Zuma and Arts Club prestige, Kouzu is an impressive contemporary Japanese restaurant located in Belgravia, across from The Goring Hotel. The building itself is a grand historical Grade-II listed beautiful period mansion from the 1850’s with a huge palatial entrance door, a floating mezzanine level upstairs which is an Omakase Sushi Bar. The ground floor feature the main 80-covers restaurant and cocktail bar. Downstairs, through the silver open-plan kitchen is a secret door to a private dining room where 7 guests can dine exclusively with the private chef at their beck and call to create bespoke dishes in front of their eyes. You will be well looked after with chef Xia, UK winner of the Global Sushi Challenge 2015 and fantastic sommelier Miguel who has won the Sake Sommelier Of The Year 2015 Award.
