Pivot Bar & Bistro

Pivot is a restaurant that totally reinvents itself every month.

The food, the wine, and the cocktails change in line with the seasons, offering a range of exciting menus throughout the week.

Situated on the first floor of 3 Henrietta Street, Covent Garden with spectacular views over the piazza is Pivot, a modern British restaurant from Chef Mark Greenaway with a focus on following the seasons and using the very best produce available. Having established himself as one of Scotland’s most revered chefs, Mark brings his imaginative cooking style and passion for using the best in English and Scottish produce to London.

Pivot is a cosy, intimate space that features high ceilings and large Victorian windows creating a warm and inviting dining-room feeling. Pivot totally reinvents itself every month, with a unique ‘monthly-changing’ menu. A concept that reflects Greenaway’s wildly creative cooking style and passion for using the very best produce available, Mark defines his cooking style as ‘refined simplicity'. Greenaway states “we cook very much with the seasons using only the best ingredients we can find for that months menu. Pivot is centred around showcasing these ingredients and creating an unforgettable experience for diners, with a beautiful dining space focused around an open kitchen with a chefs-counter being a prime spot for guests, giving a real sense of the action".
