Bombay Wok

The restaurant offers true Bombay style cuisine and a real taste of fusion food, adapting Chinese cooking techniques to Indian flavours and tastes. It does so by drawing on the vibrant culinary culture of Bombay and using the classic Chinese wok to produce fantastic dishes that leave you craving for more. Head chef Steven Lee has his roots from Calcutta (where Indo-Chinese cuisine was born) where he inherited this cuisine learned the trade by working at the famous 'China Garden Restaurant' in Mumbai where he mastered this particular art. The menu features not only classics such as 'Chicken Chilly' and 'Szechuan' but also some of his own creations, making the most of the finest local British produce, and ensuring there is enough variety for every guest to enjoy.
