The Blue Piano is an independent guesthouse, restaurant and bar located in Edgbaston near Birmingham city centre and housed in a beautiful Edwardian building. A unique South-East Asian venue, the Blue Piano has become a destination for musicians and music lovers of Birmingham with its eclectic programme of live music.The Blue Piano restaurant serves traditional Singaporean, Malaysian and Cambodian cuisine, created using the finest South-East Asian ingredients and cooking styles. Dishes include fish amok (the national dish of Cambodia), popular Malay choices such as king prawns with sambal chilli and the Blue Piano’s signature dish, savoury Singapore carrot cake, made from a secret recipe passed on to owner Siew Kuan by her sister.
