Dined here on 3rd April 2024. I would not recommend it. The service was very slow, the food was overcooked and cold when it finally arrived at the table. The caesar salad was a piece of chicken served in breadcrumbs, with a few salad leaves on the side and a pot of caesar salad dressing. I asked for tartare sauce for my fish, and it did not arrive. Although we ordered our deserts at the same time as our main course we waited around 30 minutes for them to arrive. The apple and berry crumble tasted burnt. We were offered a complimentary coffee . I refused but my friend accepted. We waited... and waited, the coffee never arrived. As we left the restaurant the lady who offered the coffee said she had not had an order for one. Oh, by the way, they do not take cash and try to make you pay by scanning the qr code on the table. They reluctantly produced a card machine. A service charge was added to the bill automatically, however we were given a refund on this when we complained.

I was served at Bluewater branch by Rachel. The service was excellent. Very professional and friendly the food was good and the wait wasn’t too long. The waitress came back to ask about f the food was okay cans that was a nice touch.
