I had a pitch meeting here and the ambience was perfect for my one to one presentation over a relaxed coffee. I pitched about Return Ware, a reusable container service to eliminate single use packaging. And I couldn't help to notice whether Meanwhile would also be interested in switching to reusable cups? I'd love to explore this further with you. Please email me if you have a moment to chat. www.return-ware.com. My meeting here got me the partnership with Nostos! Thanks for the coffee. Oanh Brophy

Meanwhile is a great place for a coffee meet up with a friend or two. But when it's full (like at last night's "Monday's" event it is very echoey and people's voices get louder and louder in an attempt to hear each other. It gets deafeningly loud, my ears were ringing all night. Please consider a bit of sound damping for Meanwhile.

First visit to Meanwhile last night, as I was told that Pulpo Negro was cooking. I am a regular visitor to their tapas bar in Arlesford, so couldn't pass up the chance of sampling their food on my own turf and introduce some friends to their offerings. Great evening, food was up to its usual high standard, service from Patrick from Pulpo was excellent, great vibe in the restaurant which was surprisingly full for a Monday evening. Will def book up, for one of the upcoming evenings.

We had breakfast before an event last year and it was good, so we thought we’d come again. We ordered breakfast hoping for a hearty meal before a lot of walking, and the fried polenta dish came and it was tiny! We ended up getting food from Tesco over the road! :( It would be great if you could indicate sizes in some way. Otherwise the dish was ok.
