We enjoyed our visit to the Old Crown as there was prompt, efficient and friendly service, but I found my meal needed a bit more cooking. The puff pastry on the steak pie was rather soft and needed some firm knife action to cut it. The chips were somewhat soft too, they would also have benefitted from more cooking.
