Buenos Aires Restaurant (Horsham)

The Buenos Aires Restaurant's concept provides a unique combination of excellent quality Argentine cuts of beef from grass-fed cattle reared in the fertile lowlands of Las Pampas and cooked on an authentic parrilla (barbecue) paired with superb Argentine wines, traditional Argentine cuisine, quality ingredients and a vibrant atmosphere. Not just for steak lovers, Buenos Aires offers a range of authentic dishes made using the best quality ingredients and with traditional Argentine methods, including humita, a creamed sweetcorn dish wrapped in corn husks whilst cooking and mollejitas, pan-fried sweetbreads. There is an Argentine wine selection covering the widest range of regions, product types and price points available in the UK. Going from the Southern-most region of Patagonia, up through the popular Mendoza and Argentine Rioja regions, all the way to the North and the highest altitude vineyards in the world: Salta (1,700 to 3,000 metre high vineyards). The wines reflect the identity and terroir that Argentina has to offer and emphasize the trademark Argento style – fruit purity, vibrancy and elegance. Visit Buenos Aires and experience the true passion and spirit of the real Argentina.
