To add a little ‘Theatre’ to your evening, the team of highly skilled chefs is on show through the window of the theatre style kitchen, cooking up a delicious selection of dishes, using locally sourced produce. Where possible ingredients such as lamb, vegetables and fruit are sourced from the Bowood Estate and the kitchen garden to create seasonal dishes with real depth of flavour. You can enjoy a drink from the vast Bar Menu, including a fabulous selection of cocktails and gins, in the adjoining Shelburne Bar before your meal. In winter, enjoy a comforting post dinner drink by the warming roaring log fire in the Hotel Library, located just metres from the Restaurant. Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 – 10:00 with room service available from 6.30, or if you fancy really spoiling yourself, a traditional afternoon tea including hand-made cakes and pastries is served in the Shelburne Restaurant between 14:30 and 17:00, Monday to Saturday and from 15:00 on Sundays. If, on a Sunday, you’d prefer to leave the washing up to someone else, a Sunday lunch menu is available, with sittings from 12:00.
