With three balconies, enjoy the summer sun while overlooking the city. This is no ordinary build. Architects have had to come up with a design that´s sympathetic to the surroundings as historic Christmas steps run through it, and which also incorporates the mechanics of the brewery which resulted in winning the architectural design. The resulting space is functional and futuristic and the airy interior can be enjoyed by drinkers and diners any time, day or night. We started zerodegrees because we knew that our customers would share our passion for fresh, modern, and innovative cuisine based on locally sourced ingredients, and for beer that does not contain any nasties. Being a family run company, we've been able to run zerodegrees with those values in mind ever since. Serving internationally influenced and innovative food, using the freshest and highest quality ingredients to create well-loved wood-fired pizzas, king-sized kilo pots of mussels, intoxicating pastas and indulgent desserts. But there is a lot more on offer than just that We feel proud to be able to say that our beer has no preservatives, no additives, no pasteurising, and no filtering, and that our food continues to meet our customer's expectations for great taste and innovation. - We combine traditional brewing methods supported by the latest technology. - Only served directly from the serving tanks - couldn't be more fresh. - Left in its natural condition: no filtering, no pasteurisation, no preservatives, no colouring, and no additives. - No finings used - suitable for vegetarians, without compromising on flavour. - Widest range of beer styles possible: from the classic traditional continental styles, brewed according to the German purity law in 1516, to the latest and most innovative contemporary styles. - No distribution - good for the environment. - CAMRA locale approved. - We use natural carbonation to achieve variety and exciting flavours - no flavourings - We use pure basic natural ingredients and combine them with our imagination. Our commitment to zerodegrees' standards remains as strong today as it has always been. Open your senses to zerodegrees…
