The Gilpin menus celebrate some of the finest Lake District produce and West Coast seafood with traditional British flavours blended in a light, imaginative way, with ingredients that speak for themselves. Guests can relax in the bar or on the terraces prior to dining; each of the dining rooms has its own character and style. The wine list provides some carefully matched wines to complement each dish; guests are invited to wander into the walk-in wine cellars where they can browse over 200 wines from 13 different countries.
